• We form a planning document for the construction of the facility, develop design documentation, approve it with the customer. The UBC is responsible for the preparation of technical and executive documentation.
• We start work in accordance with the signed contract and planning document. The supply and logistics service is responsible for the timely supply of resources and equipment in our company. It will do everything to save you, as a customer, time and money.
• We ensure compliance with all norms and rules of labor protection. Our construction design and installation company has a separate health and safety department that is responsible for the health and lives of employees.
• We control compliance with the norms and requirements of building codes and current legislation. We have a special service for quality control of work and maintenance.
• UBC is a construction company that carries out the full range of work independently, but at the request of the customer or in case of extreme need, we involve subcontractors. In this case, we are fully responsible for their work, control the process and quality of work performed.
• We rent the object within the terms specified in the contract.
